The Phoenix/Biltmore branch of Clear Title Agency of Arizona is the center of our universe. It is our central office and home to our esteemed Commercial Division, our Title Administration and our Customer Service & Marketing Division.
Meet the team
Carol Rieger began her career as a commercial real estate paralegal in New England over 25 years ago and eventually made her way back to Arizona where she continued her career as a commercial real estate paralegal for Streich Lang (now Quarles & Brady). She transitioned to the title and escrow industry over 13 years ago as a commercial escrow officer and has managed several escrow branches throughout her tenure in the Valley. Her career has allowed her to acquire experience and knowledge in all aspects of the real estate industry, with her specialty being commercial and builder escrow transactions. She has earned her success through consistent business development efforts, exceptional customer service skills and the knowledge to put her clients at ease when handling commercial real estate transactions. Carol joined Clear Title in 2012 as VP of Commercial Escrow in our Commercial Escrow Division.
Amy Osborn was born in Chickasha, OK. She moved to Arizona in 1996 and started her career in the escrow industry as an escrow assistant. It didn’t take Amy long to channel her love for the industry into working her way up to becoming an escrow officer in 1997. At the time, she was responsible for mostly new home construction and ventured into a variety of projects working with clients in 2009.
Amy is currently an Escrow Officer within the Clear Title family and utilizes her total of 19 years in the industry to deliver top-tier service. Her philosophy on life is to “be nice,” and she brings that into the workplace every day. She carries herself with professionalism and a happy thoughtful attitude. She is often complimented on by clients that she is a joy to work with in addition to her organizational efficiency.
During her free time she enjoys spending her day at the golf course. She also is passionate about yoga, pilates, and a healthy lifestyle.

As the Assistant Vice President of Commercial Sales for Clear Title Agency of Arizona, Belinda Rosthenhausler is focused on the continued market growth of the commercial title division, with a strategic emphasis on marketing and new account acquisitions.
Rosthenhausler is also responsible for building relationships with commercial brokers, real estate developers, investors, lenders, and attorneys.
Rosthenhausler previously worked for Security Title Agency in the same role. Her experience includes Vice President and SBA Business Development Officer at Meadows Bank, Vice President and SBA Development Officer at National Bank of Arizona, and Vice President and SBA Development Officer at Metro Phoenix Bank.
Rosthenhausler is a board member and candidate for Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), she’s a committee member with Valley Partnership, a board member for Workshops for Youth & Families, and is affiliated with NAIOP Arizona, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and the Arizona Self-Storage Association.
Rostenhausler was born and raised in Tucson. She is first generation American from a family of entrepreneurs and independent business owners in Arizona and Mexico.
