Creating an Account

  1. Visit, ClearTitleAZ.com and click Market Builder from the resources tab.
  2. Select a User Name and password
  3. Enter the required information and click the Create Account Button.

Creating a Property Flyer

  1. Select your template design.
  2. Begin filling out the property details and uploading the photos using the form to the left of the page. As you fill out the form, your flyer will begin rendering the design.

Getting your finished flyers (order your prints)

When your design is finished, there are 3 options to finish your flyer.

  1. Download a print ready PDF and print anywhere you would like
  2. Pick up printed flyers from Clear Title.
  3. Have the printed flyers delivered to an address of your choice.

Option 1 – Print your own

After you have completed filling out the form and uploading your photos, click the PDF preview button.

A new window will open with a PDF file that is ready to print. You can print this directly from your computer or save the file and print at a location of your choice.

Option 2 – Pick up printed flyers from Clear Title

When you have completed filling out the form and are ready to order prints select next step at the bottom of the screen.

Select the quantity and paper type you would like.

Add the item to the shopping cart and select and select, proceed to check out.

You will then be asked to submit your billing and credit card information.

You will then be given a final summary to complete your order.

Upon completing the checkout process, you will receive an email letting you know your order is placed and awaiting approval.

The order will be reviewed by the Clear Title marketing team to ensure it meets printing standards. Following this review, a representative from the Clear Title marketing team will contact you to coordinate a pick up time and location. Orders received before 2:00 pm will be reviewed and printed the same day they are submitted.


Option 3 – Have the printed flyers delivered to an address of your choice

After you have selected your quantity and type of paper, select next step.

Then select UPS ground from the delivery options. Your order will be printed and sent via UPS to the selected address.

After you have completed your order, you will be notified via email that your order is in review. The order will be reviewed by the Clear Title marketing team to ensure it meets printing standards.

When the review process is complete, your order will be release to the print queue. Your will receive an email notifying you that your order is approved.
